These are hand finished candles so minor blemishes can occur

Keep candles 10 cm apart to stop one melting the other.
Avoid touching the edge of the candle while lit, this can cause an imbalance & may drip.
If a lacquered candle has extinguished before it has fully burned the lacquer may have built up, remove this easily by heating with a match & remove the lacquer with the other end of the match or any suitable tool, such as one of our candle extinguishers.
The lacquered candles should always be extinguished with a light extinguisher to prevent the varnish from coming on or around the wick, as they may be difficult to light again if this happens.
We recommend pinching out the flames.
Every effort has been made to reproduce the colour of the candles accurately but colours may vary due to individual monitors.

These beautiful, handcrafted tapered candles in matte Raspberry, colour 82, by Ester & Erik, a small Danish family run business. The colour is a rich-toned berry red with bluish note. Create an elegant, cosy atmosphere with these quality candles which have a wonderful translucent look through the hand dipped colour.
All our candles are hand-coloured using durable, water-based dyes which do not fade in sunlight.

Our Ester & Erik candles are cut from the frame for each order. This means we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for candle orders.
If your candles arrive damaged please report this upon delivery and send us an image of the issue so we can take the appropriate steps.
