Delivery
We endeavour to be as eco-friendly as possible. We pack your order in used or recycled cardboard boxes and fill the gaps with recyclable paper and re-use any filling we have available. So you can either re-use the packaging yourself, or put it in the recycling bin.
We are fully UK based company, so any returns are easy to make.
The majority of standard deliveries are by Royal Mail (tracked delivery service) or DPD fully tracked service.
Free Delivery on all accessory orders over £60 - UK only.
Excludes large rug and most furniture deliveries.

Mainland UK - £5.95
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man - £12. Please note, these deliveries are by way of DPD courier service on a 2 day service.
Please note: Our shop is closed on Mondays. Any weekend orders, and those placed on a Monday (including EXPRESS orders) will be shipped on Tuesday.

*EXPRESS orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, over the weekend or on a Monday, will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery in 1-2 days.
If your order is urgent, or you need to receive it by a particular day/time please feel free to call or email us so we can make sure you receive your order in good time. Please note, we are reliant on our delivery partners once the item has been despatched.

Orders made for click & collect can usually be picked up same day if in stock, or next day if ordering after our store is closed. If your order is for any non-stock items, we will contact you when your order is ready to collect.
Candle Delivery
Please check your candle order upon arrival and notify us of any issues, with images, by email to enquiries@cloudberryliving.co.uk. When storing candles for more than 2 weeks, please make sure they are stored in a cool dry place out of the sun, as they are delicate and can be affected by warm, very cold or damp conditions.

Furniture
At present we only deliver furniture to addresses in Cornwall and Devon (excluding Scilly Isles). Please contact us if you live outside these areas and we will be able to give you a shipping estimate.
All furniture deliveries are a doorstep service only and will normally be driver only so someone must be available at the delivery address to assist.
Furniture deliveries are signed for services. We will arrange with you the day your order will be delivered. If then there is no one to receive your order, a redelivery charge will be made, this being the full redelivery cost.
