Elä Life Rest No 5 Aromatherapy Blend is a calming and balancing blend of Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli and Petitgrain100% Essential Oils.
Blended to help you wind down at the end of the day and prepare for a restful nights sleep. This blend will become part of a relaxing and familiar bedtime routine. Created to bring peace and calm to your mind as you transition to sleep.
How to Use:
Add 5-10 drops of the blend in water in your diffuser. Place a few drops in your shower and allow the blend to permeate your bathroom as you start your day. Ideal for use in the Elä Life Electric Aromatherapy Diffuser Lamp.
You can also add 5 drops to a warm bath or 1-2 drops to your favourite base oil for a relaxing massage.
Combine with Rest No 5 Hand Soap and Hand & Body Lotion to boost your mood.
Care:
These pure essential oil blends are 100% natural and are not diluted with any carrier oils. Do not use them directly on the skin without diluting them. To do this safely, please follow our 'How to use' instructions. Essential oils can cause skin sensitisation. Always use essential oils with care. Discontinue use if a rash occurs.
Do not dispose of essential oils down the drain. In concentrated form, they can be toxic to aquatic organisms and may cause adverse effects in the aquatic environment.
