Louis Poulsen AJ Floor lamp, part of the iconic AJ lamp family.
The AJ Floor lamp was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1957 as part of the interior decor for the SAS hotel in Copenhagen. The profile of the AJ Lamp with its straight lines and its combination of oblique and right angles would be mirrored in his architecture from this period onward.
This classic, world renowned lamp is at home in all situations and emits downward directed light. The angle of the shade can be adjusted to optimise the light. The shade is painted white on the inside, which ensures a soft light.
