• Remove jewellery before swimming or using a spa as chlorine will cause the silver to tarnish. The higher the temperature of the water, the faster and more severe the tarnishing process will be, and a silver piece of jewellery can become completely tarnished extremely quickly under these circumstances.
• Household cleaners with acids or abrasives, will damage your jewellery’s finish so we recommend gloves or removing your jewellery whilst cleaning.
• Be mindful of products such as perfume, hairspray, and lotions eg. self tanning products.  These can damage the appearance of the silver, causing it to lose its shine.
• Remove rings when washing and sanitising your hands and do not wear your jewellery in the bath or shower as a build-up of products can reduce its shine.  
• We recommend gently rubbing your jewellery with a specialised jewellery cleaning cloth to restore its shine and keep it looking at its best.
• Wear your jewellery! When worn, your jewellery is constantly ‘self cleaning’ when rubbing against clothes etc... When storing your jewellery while not in use, clean and dry thoroughly and store in a moisture free environment to prevent tarnish.
