The perfect refreshing pick me up for a sunny warm evening, Iittala Smash Gin & Basil Cocktail, fragrant basil and zesty lemons, uplifting with a herbal twist!

Recipe:

1/2 Lemon

8 Basil leaves

10ml Simple Syrup

40 ml Gin

Dash of sparkling water

Ice

Squeeze your lemon into your cocktail shaker, add basil leaves, syrup, gin and ice and SHAKE!!!

Prepare Thule Small D.O.F  glass with ice, pour on the rocks through a strainer into your glass,a dash of sparkling water, serve with a sprig of basil.
